— You’re at a hockey game and your team is winning. Your friends are with you, but they like the other team. What would you tell your friends? What would your friends tell you?
— You meet someone from the United States of America who doesn’t know anything about the most popular sports in your country. What would you tell the American? What would the American tell you?
— You’ve just finished watching a basketball game on television. You wish to discuss it with your room mate. What would you say to your room mate? What would your room mate say to you?
Whether or not you’re an avid fan of sports, you need to be prepared to discuss sports in the English Language. So, go ahead, do some research and learn about sports you don’t know much about.
